Arrivals, Drop-Off, and Pick-Up

• During business hours: our office is located on the front left corner of the building. Use the main entrance. We are a busy shop and our technicians are not always in the office. There is a doorbell that rings directly to the service bay, press it and someone will be right with you.
• Outside business hours: please drop your vehicle out back. You’ll see Maine Recon parking signs. Place your keys into the key vault next to our employee entrance.
• After-hours pick-up: we do have a vault system we code specifically for customers for this use case. Let us know and we’ll walk you through the process.

• Monday: 9–6
• Tuesday: 9–6
• Wednesday: By appointment only
• Thursday: 9–6
• Friday: 9–3
• Saturday: 9–3
• Sunday: Closed (family day)

Storage Policy

If your vehicle has been completed and is not picked up within 48 hours, a $15 per day storage fee applies. Vehicles left for day service while on vacations or work trips are also charged this fee for anything more than 48 hours on site.
